Audio guest book operation function:

1. Keep the handle off, press and hold the center button of the phone number table with your finger, after a beep sound, please speak out the message that you want to record. Release your finger to finish the recording, then the phone will replay the recording once time through the outer speaker.Press the center button once, it will replay the greeting message once. You can redo the step again to replace the last recording. (The whole process is on-hook)

2. When a guest want to leave the message by the phone, pick up the handdle, then the phone will play the greeting message which you record before first, after the greeting message, it will have a beep sound, then the guest can speak their best wishes to the couples out. When finished, just hang off the handle, they phone will save the message and storage it into the SD card.

3. After finish the event, use an USB cable connect the phone to your computer, then you can check the message files in the SD card one by one.

4. The indicator light on the bottom surface reminds:

① When power on the phone, LED light is blue, means the phone is ready to work.

② When the light is blue light flashing, means the phone is under recording.

③ When the light is red light falshing, means the battery is low power, need to be charged.

④ When the light is red on, means the phone is under battery charging.

The Audio Guestbook Parameter Settings

1. 1200mah battery, 24-48 hours of continuous use, 120 hours of standby

2. Micro SD card：Default 8GB, maximum support 64GB

3. There is no recording time limit for a single message ( but suggest within 30 minutes is better )
